Some 1,200+ parents and their children, providers, educators, community activists that promote a holistic pro-health, pro-sex reproductive justice movement that celebrates family choices, sexuality, and wellness in communities of color. Attendees may represent any one of these agencies:

What Types of Products Do They Purchase?
Conference attendees routinely purchase educational materials on human sexuality/reproduction, HIV/AIDS, smoking and health, women’s health, children’s health, stress management, and other areas. They also purchase decorative items, books and magazines, and clothing marketed to people of color.
Members of our collective seek publications, videotapes, DVDs, CDs, continuing education programs, advanced degree programs, adult novelty items, and many other resources for reproductive health education.
What Do Exhibitors Receive?
- A 6’ skirted display table, a chair, and sign (name tent) in the high visibility area of conference.
- One exhibitor complimentary registration to attend all meeting sessions and events.
- Exhibitor description printed in the Conference Packet and posted on SisterSong’s website for 30 days after the conference.
- An aggressive outreach campaign to increase attendance at the meeting and exhibits and additional publicity activities focused on SisterSong members.
Additional Sponsorship Opportunities
In addition to exhibiting, you have the opportunity to sponsor speakers, special sessions, and conference events. Sponsorship provides enhanced visibility at the conference and in its publications.
