Hotel Information-

SisterSong’s National Membership Meeting will be held November 15-16, 2008 at the W Hotel Atlanta-Perimeter.

This hotel is comfortable located in Atlanta-Dunwoody area. It is a safe area, with many entertainment options for your free time. Perimeter Mall is directly across the street with 4 major department stores. Over 175 shops, 2 dozen restaurants and 8 cinemas are located within walking distance.

Travel-

The W Hotel is located directly off Interstate 285, just north of Atlanta.

CABS from the Airport: Cab fees will likely run between $40 and $50.

MARTA: We strongly recommend that you to take MARTA Rail from the Airport to the Dunwoody Station. This station is located one block away from the hotel and is on a direct line from Hartsfield International Airport. MARTA is also very convenient for traveling to/from the airport area, as well as Downtown Atlanta. Marta costs $1.75 for a one way fare.

HOTEL SHUTTLE: The hotel has a shuttle that can transport guests to/from the Dunwoody Rail Station as well as other venues within a 2 mile area.

Amenities-

All guestrooms have incredible amenities such as bathrobes, hair dryers, voicemail, alarm/clock radios, CD/DVD players, and plasma TVs. Additionally; the W Hotel has a large outdoor pool with a whirlpool and sundeck, and a fitness room.

Accessibility-

For the convenience of all participants, we will be offering “All Gender” Restroom accommodations for the conference as well as handicap accessible options for those who require it.
