The Labor Support Training is designed to prepare expectant families with the knowledge and skills necessary for birthing in a variety of settings. As hospitals work to implement new policies for their labor & delivery departments that restrict mobility, visitation, and in some cases the number of support partners, it is deemed critical that birthing families understand their options and how to advocate for themselves in an effort to produce desirable outcomes.

The Labor Support Training is currently only offered virtually and BIRTHING COMPANION PARTICIPATION IS RECOMMENDED. The support person can be anyone who intends to support the birthing person during childbirth.

Titty Talk is a safe space created for Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) to share our breastfeeding experiences and gain knowledge through information sharing. This platform was designed to give us an opportunity to share our stories, find support, gather information, and network with other’s who are nursing.
